Note: Beginning February 1, 2017, the Financial Partners Data Mart (FPDM) will no longer be available. Current FPDM users will be able to access FPDM reports through Federal Student Aid’s Enterprise Data Warehouse & Analytics (EDWA) system. The Financial Partners Data Mart (FPDM) provides executive/summary information and decision support capabilities around several key business functions that include Risk Management, Customer Relationship Management, Compliance Management, and Portfolio Management. Data from several FSA systems are consolidated into the Data Mart to provide multi-dimensional analysis capabilities.

The data mart training manual is now available in a Web-enabled interactive format.

The data mart roadmap lists the names of all FPDM reports and provides report descriptions, report data sources, report prompts, and report permissions.

Who can access FPDM?

This system is limited to approved use by authorized personnel only. FPDM access is granted to authorized Lenders, Guaranty Agencies and Department of Education staff. Access to data is limited based on user group status.

How do I obtain an FPDM userid and password?

To request an account, please download Federal Student Aid User ID Request Form and follow included instructions. Request Form and instructions are provided on the "Click here to register" link located beneath the "I am a new user" icon on this web page.

What are the FPDM hours of operation?

The datamart is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Operational assistance is available during normal business hours.
