Subject: Issue Resolution-Connectivity Issues for FSA Web Sites on January 4, 2010
As explained in a January 4, 2010 Electronic Announcement posted on the Information for Financial Aid Professionals (IFAP) Web site, we informed the community of intermittent connectivity issues with many Federal Student Aid Web sites during the morning of January 4, 2010.
On January 7, 2010, we fully resolved the issue and no additional connectivity issues have been reported.
Again, we apologize for the inconvenience caused by this issue and, as always, will continue to closely monitor operations. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
