Dear Colleague: The U.S. Department of Education (ED) cordially invites you to attend a conference for Third Party Servicers. This conference will be held August 27-28, 1998 in Arlington, VA. This conference will offer participants an opportunity to learn more about and provide comments on the Department's electronic Title IV application systems.
