GS. Pell Eligibility for Workforce Programs

In this session, we will provide a synopsis of new Federal Pell Grant updates for the 2026–27 award year including changes to the needs analysis, Pell Grant calculations, and potential cost of attendance impacts on Pell Grant awards. In addition, we will review the main components of new Pell Grant eligible workforce programs established under OBBBA along with updates from the negotiated rulemaking session.  There will be a question-and-answer period at the end as time permits.
