Travis has worked in FSA’s Policy Implementation Division (PID) since 2019 but has worked in student financial aid for over 25 years as a financial aid counselor, helping students navigate the complexities of financing their education using Title IV funds. He currently focuses on the Direct Loan programs as they pertain to repayment and forgiveness/discharge to ensure new rules are implemented in alignment with policy objectives.
