Susan has worked in various program compliance roles for the U.S. Department of Education’s office of Federal Student Aid Seattle regional office for the past 34 years. Prior to joining the Department of Education, Susan worked in the financial aid office of several colleges and universities on the west coast. She holds a B.S. in management and finance from the University of Oregon and an MBA from Seattle Pacific University.
