Monica Chiazza is a Management and Program Analyst on the Digital Platform team at the U.S. Department of Education’s office of Federal Student Aid (FSA). In her role, which she has held since March 2023, she leads and supports test management for StudentAid.gov, collaborating closely with product owners and cross-functional teams to ensure the integrity and optimal performance of StudentAid.gov products and enhancements. Prior to joining FSA, Monica held diverse positions across multiple government departments including Motor Vehicles, Corrections, and Sentencing Policy for the State of Nevada. This broad experience has equipped her with a comprehensive understanding of governmental operations and policy implementation. Monica’s expertise lies in project management, process improvement, and stakeholder coordination. Outside of her professional pursuits, she values outdoor activities and quality time with family.
