Maria Rodriguez is the Director of the Resolution and Referral Management Group at Federal Student Aid (FSA). She has been with FSA for more than 5 years, leading a team through the tracking, research, and resolution of student complaints in FSA’s Feedback Center.
Maria has 20 years of financial aid and higher education experience. Prior to joining FSA, she served as Associate Director of Financial Aid at the school level. She holds a Bachelor of Science from Barry University, where she first discovered her passion for improving processes that impact the student experience and overall access to higher education.
