Josie serves as a release manager on the Digital Platform team with a focus on managing the delivery of new and improved functionality for the StudentAid.gov website—Federal Student Aid’s primary customer-facing website. With more than 355 million visits in calendar year 2022, StudentAid.gov provides critical information and tools for students, families, and borrowers as they prepare and plan for college, apply for and receive federal student aid, and repay student loans.
