
Jeff has over 20 years of experience with the Department of Education, Office of Inspector General (ED-OIG) Audit Services. He is the Director of the Student Financial Assistance Advisory and Assistance (SFA A&A) Team, which provides ED-OIG management and staff with subject matter expertise on the Title IV student financial aid programs. Jeff has been a member of the SFA A&A Team since 2008 and was promoted to Director in 2018. He joined ED-OIG Audit Services in 1998 as an auditor in the Philadelphia regional office. Jeff is a Certified Internal Auditor and Certified Government Audit Professional. He is a board member of the Association of Government Accountant’s Philadelphia Chapter. Jeff received a BS in finance from Rider University and an MBA from Thomas Jefferson University.
