
Christopher J. Madaio is the director of the Investigations Group in FSA’s Office of Enforcement. From 2015–2021, Christopher was an assistant attorney general in the Consumer Protection Division of Maryland’s Office of the Attorney General, where he led multistate investigations into institutions of higher education and secured significant relief for students victimized by misconduct. In addition to his government employment, Christopher also worked for a law firm where he represented companies and hospitals, and was employed at a nonprofit organization focused on ensuring career and education success for veterans and military families. Christopher graduated from the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law, magna cum laude, in 2010 and the University of Maryland, College Park in 2007.
