We will host the 2026 FSA Training Conference for financial aid professionals on March 4–6, 2026, at the Ronald Reagan Building and International Trade Center in Washington, D.C. This event will give us a chance to connect with our partners in the financial aid community and share important updates.

The Ronald Reagan Building and International Trade Center sits on Pennsylvania Avenue in the heart of Washington, DC, within walking distance of the White House, the U.S. Capitol Building, the Smithsonian Museums, many of Washington, DC's finest hotels, and other prominent businesses, historical sites, and cultural organizations. Learn more about visiting the center.

Know Before You Go

All sessions at the conference will be general sessions, with two interactive sessions. You will have 15–20 minute breaks after each general session. View the full 2026 Federal Student Aid Training Conference agenda. The Atrium Hall, which seats approximately 800 people, will serve as the primary room for all sessions. Please hold your items in your lap or place them on the floor to allow space for your colleagues to sit. Room monitors will assist you in locating seats so that we may reach capacity. We will ask you to leave the room after each session to allow for set up of the next general session. Conference volunteers will guide you to overflow rooms like the Amphitheater and the Oceanic suite once the Atrium Hall is full. We will live stream the general session presentations to those rooms. You may go directly to an overflow room instead of the Atrium Hall if you choose.

When entering the Ronald Reagan Building and International Trade Center, follow the directions through the security checkpoints. The building prohibits weapons, including firearms carried with a concealed carry license. View full list of prohibited items.

Upon registration, we will give you a 2026 Federal Student Aid Training Conference badge. Please be sure to always wear your conference badge during the conference. The Ronald Reagan Building and International Trade Center is a public building, and your badge will serve as your ‘access pass’ to the general session rooms and Resource Center. For security reasons, we will not permit reprinting badges.

On Thursday, March 5, 2026, we will celebrate School Spirit Day during the conference. Show your school pride by wearing a shirt with your school’s name or by dressing in your school’s colors.
