Important Dates

The 2024 Federal Student Aid Training Conference will be held Dec. 3 - 6, 2024 and will be delivered virtually. There will be keynote addresses from U.S. Department of Education leadership, five general sessions, multiple breakout sessions (covering the latest in financial aid policy and operational updates), and eight Virtual Exhibit Hall stations. Every organization enrolled for a Student Aid Internet Gateway (SAIG) account is required to review and validate its assigned TG/FT numbers and Electronic Services user accounts by Dec. 10, 2024. To perform the active confirmation process, every Primary Destination Point Administrator (DPA) at an organization must follow the steps outlined in the annual Electronic Announcement. Any changes, corrections or edits to the 2025–26 FISAP must be submitted to the Department by Dec. 13, 2024. Watch for the Electronic Announcement that will be published in November. 

All schools that participate in the Federal Perkins Loan (Perkins Loan) Program, including schools that are in the liquidation process, must report their Perkins Cash on Hand as of 10/31/2024 on the FISAP by Dec. 13, 2024. Watch for the Electronic Announcement that will be published in November.
