Subject: 2010-2011 EDE Technical Reference (Final)
Federal Student Aid is pleased to announce the posting of the final version of the 2010-2011 Electronic Data Exchange (EDE) Technical Reference. The EDE Technical Reference provides programmer specifications, record layouts, and other detailed information for schools or other organizations that need to design software systems to interface with Federal Student Aid's application processing system.
The final version adds 2010-2011 versions of the Overview, EDE Processing, Processing Codes, and Printing sections. Updated versions of the Record Layouts section and the ISIR Cross Reference table (now part of the Processing Codes section), which have been modified from the drafts posted in August 2009, are also included in this posting.
