We are pleased to announce the availability of the updated National Student Loan Data System (NSLDS®) Transfer Student Monitoring (TSM)/ Financial Aid History (FAH) Batch File Layouts. The updated batch file layouts (dated October 2019) are for use beginning October 1, 2019. These batch file layouts replace the layouts posted on October 31, 2018.
Included in the batch file layouts document is a “What’s New” section detailing the changes for the new award year.
In the near future, we will also post an updated TSM/FAH User Guide. The user guide provides step-by-step instructions for creating and managing the TSM list using the NSLDS Professional Access website, batch and report instructions, and a copy of the updated TSM/FAH batch file layouts. Please monitor the Information for Financial Aid Professionals (IFAP) website later this fall for an announcement of the availability of the updated user guide.
