The Layouts, dated October 24, 2006, describe the file formatting for the Transfer Student Monitoring (TSM) and Financial Aid History (FAH) batch files, replace the earlier version of the NSLDS Transfer Student Monitoring/Financial Aid History Processes and Batch File Layouts dated October 14, 2005, and include description updates and layout changes.
