Attached is the National Student Loan Data System (NSLDS®) Enrollment Reporting Statistics Backup Detail Report Extract File Layout for Schools (SCHCB1). As explained within the document, this new report allows users to request an extract from NSLDS that lists students included in the calculations for the current Enrollment Reporting Statistics. The Enrollment Reporting Statistics Backup Detail Report can be requested as an ad-hoc report on the Report tab of the NSLDS Professional Access website.
The attached document provides file layouts for the fixed-width and comma separated values (CSV) versions of the report.
