Subject: Direct Loan Client Account Managers Merge With Other FSA Offices

Dear Partner:

Over the past several years, processes have changed in our Federal Student Aid (FSA) programs. Just as you would restructure your resources on your campus to accommodate change, we are doing that, too, in FSA. We are trying to align people to our greatest needs and streamline their accessibility to you.

For example, some responsibilities previously handled by our Direct Loan Client Account Managers (DL CAMs) have been merged with those of several other offices within FSA. This realignment will provide you with much more direct access to the information you need.

As such, we want to provide you with updated information on who to contact for various issues and to remind you of the resources available to you on our Information for Financial Aid Professionals (IFAP) and Schools Portal web sites. Attached is a list of many of our call centers and the areas that they cover. You can refer to a complete list of our services through the "Help Center" tab on the IFAP and Schools Portal web sites.

If you have questions or comments, please let me know. My email and phone number are listed below.

Sincerely,

G. Kay Jacks
