Subject: Direct Loan Files Incorrectly Acknowledged
Dear Partner,
All Direct Loan Origination and Change records sent to COD from 5 p.m. (ET) Thursday, April 10, until 8 p.m. (ET) Monday, April 14, were incorrectly acknowledged due to an error that occurred when COD sent the files to the SAIG mailboxes. The message classes affected are: DISF03OP, DIOC03OP, and DISF04OP.
The files include an incorrect batch header and trailer length, so you may have difficulty importing the files into your system. Please do not attempt to import these files, if you haven't done so already. COD will resend the affected files today, April 15.
