Subject: �Fast Fax Bulletin Process to End March 1, 2003

Dear Partner:

Effective March 1, 2003, you will no longer receive bulletins via the Fast Fax process. The Department will begin using other means to notify you of important information about the Direct Loan Program.

After March 1, 2003, all bulletins will be sent to your school by email. We will use the email address on file at the COD School Relations Center. When a bulletin is issued, it will originate from COD School Relations. Please keep your contact information up-to-date to ensure timely receipt of the bulletins. We use the information we receive from PEPS, so please be sure to update that system first.

You may also receive information about Direct Loans through our Direct Loan Listerv. If you would like to join this listserv, please send an email to david.hebrank@ed.gov with your name, complete email address, school name and a request to subscribe or unsubscribe to the list.

The bulletins will continue to be posted on IFAP at www.ifap.ed.gov shortly after being issued.
