Subject: Year-end 732 Reports Issued for Direct Loan Program

Dear Partner,

In order to capture the data for all schools as of December 31, 2002 and create an end-of-year base line, we ran year-end 732 reports for program years 1997-1998 and 1998-1999. We sent the reports to you on Monday, January 6, 2003. They are for information purposes only; no action is required on your part.

We also ran a year-end 732 report for program year 1999-2000. However, because the data did not change from the previous report dated December 27, 2002 -- only three business days earlier -- we did not send these files to you. Year-end 732 reports were also run for program years 2000-2001 and 2001-2002 and may be retrieved from your SAIG mailbox.

Please note that schools with zero balances may not receive all of the 732 reports.
