Dear Partner,

This bulletin provides additional information about the 2002-2003 School Account Statement (SAS). It is a follow up to DLB 02-35 sent in October.�

The SAS for October should arrive at your school on or about Tuesday, November 19, 2002. This will be a monthly file and will contain only information from October 1, 2002 through October 31, 2002. The report will be sent to your SAIG mailbox and will be of fixed length format.

Beginning with the November report, the SAS report will run on a regular schedule, produced the first weekend of every month. You should expect to receive it on or about the Tuesday following the run date of the report.

As explained in DLB 02-35, by default, you will receive monthly and year-to-date summary data, monthly cash detail data and the monthly disbursement detail in one file. You do not need to take any action if you want to keep this default setting. However, you can choose other options by contacting your customer service representative. You are required to receive the summary information. The options available are shown in the table below:
