Dear Partner,
This bulletin will provide some important information about the 2002-2003 School Account Statement (SAS). Beginning with the 2002-2003 Program Year, the DLSAS and 732 Report have been combined into a new report called the SAS.
The first SAS report will be issued to the schools during the week of September 30, 2002. All schools with drawdown or disbursement activity will get a year-to-date file. Additionally, you will receive both the disbursement level and loan level reports. You can choose to import/use one or both reports. The reports will be sent to your SAIG mailbox and will be of fixed length format. The layout of the report can be referenced in both the 2002-2003 COD and DL Technical References. The message classes for this report are listed below.

We have delayed this report to bring you the most accurate report possible. However, please notify us if you find any errors or major discrepancies.
In the future, you will have the opportunity to choose some parameters for this report, including disbursement vs. loan detail or monthly vs. year-to-date. We will notify you once these options are available.
