To expedite processing, the Loan Origination Center has created a new mailing address for hard copy documentation. Please use this address only for PYCO specific issues. Effective immediately, send program year close out documentation to: Program Year Close Out P. O. Box 5693 Montgomery, AL 36103-5693 When the LOC receives a package, the Customer Service team will assign a tracking number to the information. If you prefer that the information be given to someone other than your primary CSR, please specify the name of that individual on a note included in the package. Please also indicate the program year for your documentation. These procedures will assure more efficient processing of the PYCO information.
