| PublicationDate: 7/1/2000 BulletinID: DLB - 00 - 37 July 2000 DLB 00-37 Subject: Notice of Scheduled Downtime on the GAPS Web Page Dear Partner: This bulletin advises you of the fact that the GAPS web page will be unavailable from 3 pm on Friday, July 14, 2000 until 7 am on Monday, July 17, 2000. The downtime is necessary for system maintenance. During this period you will be unable to draw down funds for the Direct Loan program. In addition, the 800-number staff will not be able to make manual requests. Please consider this information when planning for your draws this week. These dates fall on a weekend, so we expect little disruption to your processing. You must still disburse funds within the required time frames, and all cash guidelines apply during this period.
