If you haven't already done so, we encourage you to complete the web survey on the current reconciliation process. The survey allows us to assess how well the current process is working at Direct Loan schools and to identify ways to simplify and improve the reconciliation process. We have extended the deadline for completing the web survey to February 25, 2000. The address is http://www.surveyhost.com/dlpschools. Please forward the survey to persons in your financial aid, business, or other offices who work with reconciliation. All responses are voluntary and confidential, and are used on a non-attribution basis. The survey requires approximately 20 minutes or less to complete.
