The survey will allow us to assess how well the current reconciliation process is working at schools and to identify ways that we can simplify and improve the process. Please forward the survey to persons in your financial aid, business, or other offices who work with reconciliation. All responses are voluntary, confidential, and are used on a non-attribution basis. The web-based survey should require approximately 20 minutes or less to complete and will be available from January 20 through February 18, 2000. The address is http://www.surveyhost.com/dlpschools/. Please take the time to complete the survey. We believe the feedback will result in a more satisfying process for all concerned.
