Many of you have suggested that we remove our requirement that borrowers answer all 15 questions correctly in order to pass the quiz. We have done that. Borrowers can now miss three questions and still go on to complete the BorrowerÂ’s Rights and Responsibilities checklist. We have also considered your advice to provide "hints" throughout the quiz. A pop up box is at the end of several questions in order to prompt the borrower and to help him or her retain the information. Please review the revised entrance counseling session on the web at www.ed.gov/DirectLoan. We welcome your comments and suggestions so that we can continue to improve the site. Thank you for your ongoing partnership in the Direct Loan Program. Sincerely, Margaret E. White Acting Lead, Title IV Delivery Schools Channel |
