PublicationDate: 5/1/99 BulletinID: DLB - 99 - 26 May 1999 DLB 99-26 Subject: Loan Origination Processing System Move to Meriden, Connecticut Dear Colleague, The Department of Education is moving the loan origination processing system from the current location in Plano, Texas, to the Virtual Data Center in Meriden, Connecticut. The move requires that the loan origination system be unavailable to Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) in Montgomery on Friday, May 14, 1999. CSRs will document issues and begin researching and returning calls on Monday, May 17, 1999. You will receive all acknowledgments from the Thursday night, May 13, 1999, batch cycle on Friday morning, May 14, 1999. You may send data to the Title IV WAN at any time during Friday, May 14, 1999, or over the weekend. All data received after 8:00 PM EST on Thursday, May 13, 1999, from the Title IV WAN will be processed on Sunday, May 16, 1999.
