This bulletin notifies you of two errors on the pages: · Field #14 Borrowers Citizenship displays on the bottom of change page 1-11 and also on the top of change page 1-12 · Field #18 Students College Grade Level is omitted from change page 1-12 The description for Field #18 follows: [[This file contains the "description for Field #18" in Portable Document Format (PDF). It can be viewed with version 3.0 or greater of the free Adobe Acrobat Reader software.]] You can find the 1999-2000 Direct Loan Technical Reference, including the March 1999 updates, on IFAP at http://www.ifap.ed.gov/csb_html/bookshlf.htm. We also will distribute updated change pages for the entire Full Loan (Stafford/PLUS) Origination record layout, pages 1-9 to 1-24, in the next publishedset of change pages.
