In DLB 29, we included the version of the Economic Hardship Deferment Request that is generated by the Direct Loan Servicing Center instead of the version that schools may provide to students. Please update your files and use the attached form when fulfilling students' requests. We apologize for this oversight and hope that it has not inconvenienced you greatly.
