Effective Tuesday, September 2, 1997, schools and consolidation borrowers will have the ability to send inquiries to the LOC via e-mail. Two mail boxes have been established to receive and send e-mail messages. SCHOOLS may send electronic mail to the LOC at the following address: loan_origination@mail.eds.com CONSOLIDATION BORROWERS may send electronic mail to: loan_consolidation@mail.eds.com In addition to any questions, concerns, or comments, please include your name, the name of your institution, your phone number, and your social security number if applicable.
