We are pleased to announce the release of the 2022–23 update for FSA Training for Foreign Schools, a web-based tutorial on federal student aid program administration in a foreign school setting. FSA Training for Foreign Schools is a comprehensive and self-paced online course that includes 5 modules covering the fundamentals of federal student aid program administration, all with a focus on foreign school participation in the William D. Ford Federal Direct Loan (Direct Loan) Program.
The lessons in the FSA Training for Foreign Schools course can be completed individually or you may complete all lessons in the entire course, allowing you to tailor the training to your specific needs. In addition, the material features hyperlinks to other Federal Student Aid information and products, review scenarios, and instructional videos that will help you master the training concepts.
FSA Training for Foreign Schools is available on the FSA Training Center website, located at https://fsatraining.ed.gov.
To access the training, log in to the FSA Training Center with your username and password. After logging in, select "Training Courses" on the main menu bar. From the drop-down menu that appears, choose “FSA Training for Foreign Schools” and then select “Start Here” to launch the course.
Note: If you do not have a username and password for the FSA Training Center, select "Create new account" at the bottom of the login page and follow the instructions to create a username and password.
