Subject: Update to Foreign School Assessments (November 2011)
In Foreign School Update FS-2011-07, we announced the availability of the Foreign School Assessments. This new compliance tool is designed to support a foreign school in the assessment and enhancement of its internal operations and services related to administering the William D. Ford Federal Direct Loan (Direct Loan) Program.
We have made two updates to the "Foreign Schools: Consumer Information Disclosures At A Glance" document within the Consumer Information assessment.
On page 3 of the document, we added a third row titled "School and Program Accreditation, Approval, or Licensure."
On page 9 of the document, we changed the title in the second row to "Intercollegiate Athletic Program Participation Rates and Financial Support Data (Equity in Athletics Disclosure Act)."
The updated document and all Foreign School Assessments are easily accessed via the Foreign School Information page on the Information for Financial Aid Professionals (IFAP) Web site.
