Subject: Availability of Foreign School Assessments
We are pleased to announce the availability of the Foreign School Assessments. This new compliance tool is designed to support a foreign school in the assessment and enhancement of its internal operations and services related to administering the William D. Ford Federal Direct Loan (Direct Loan) Program.
The Foreign School Assessments are easily accessed via the Foreign School Information page on the Information for Financial Aid Professionals (IFAP) Web site. There are three major areas of focus—Student Eligibility, School Eligibility, and Managing Funds. Under these three areas, there are seven assessments that include self-evaluation activities as well as links to the statute, the regulations, and other useful resources.
The seven assessments are as follows:
Area | Assessments |
