Comment Request: Generic Clearance for Federal Student Aid Customer Satisfaction Surveys and Focus Groups Master Plan

This is a request for public comments on an extension of an OMB-approved information collection for Federal Student Aid’s (FSA) generic clearance for the use of customer surveys and focus groups, which allow FSA to gather information that help improve communications with our product users and other program services and processes.
