AGENCY: Office of Postsecondary Education, Department of Education.

ACTION: Notice of location of negotiations and subcommittee meetings.

SUMMARY: On October 15, 2018, we announced our intention to establish a 
negotiated rulemaking committee to prepare proposed regulations for the 
Federal Student Aid programs authorized under title IV of the Higher 
Education Act of 1965, as amended (HEA). In this notice, we announce 
the locations of each committee and subcommittee meeting.
