Gainful Employment Disclosure Template

AGENCY: Federal Student Aid (FSA), Department of Education (ED).

ACTION: Notice.

SUMMARY: In accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 (44 
U.S.C. chapter 3501 et seq.), ED is proposing a revision of an existing 
information collection. In accordance with the requirements of Sec.  
668.412 of the Gainful Employment (GE) final regulations published in 
the Federal Register on October 31, 2014 (79 FR 64890), as corrected on 
December 4, 2014 (79 FR 71957), this collection describes the items 
that must be disclosed on the GE disclosure template.

DATES: Interested persons are invited to submit comments on or before 
November 14, 2016.
