(GENERAL-26-47) OUTAGE ALERT – StudentAid.gov Maintenance July 25, 2026

The Internal Revenue Service will be performing maintenance on Saturday, July 25, 2026, between approximately 7 a.m. and 4 p.m. Eastern time, impacting the automated transfer of tax return information on StudentAid.gov. Users may access the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA^®) form and the Income-Driven Repayment application during this time. However, they will need to provide federal tax information manually. Applicants may wish to complete their applications before the outage begins or after the outage is over.
