FSA Partner Connect Spring 2026 Enhancements

FSA Partner Connect is the digital front door for Federal Student Aid (FSA) and partner engagement. The platform features a dashboard tailored to partner users, simplified access to school profile information, integrated views of student and borrower account information, and customer support tools. Key functionalities on FSA Partner Connect include the Electronic Application for Approval to Participate in the Federal Student Financial Aid Programs (E-App) and the Account Access Management Center (AAMC), enabling partners to enroll for access to FSA services and systems and exchange information.

We are committed to improving the experience for FSA Partner Connect users. On May 29, 2026, we launched a number of system enhancements to improve accuracy, streamline administrative workflows, and reduce partner burden across the site.

Please refer to the sections below for more information.

Batch Service Enrollment Conflicts

To improve clarity when organizations attempt to enroll in batch services, FSA Partner Connect will now display a pop‑up window if the batch service is already associated with a different Student Aid Internet Gateway (SAIG) mailbox. The window will display the organization name and SAIG mailbox number associated with the batch enrollment and the batch services currently tied to that SAIG mailbox that will be removed if a new selection is approved. FSA Partner Connect will display this message if a third-party servicer or district servicing organization has enrolled to receive batch services on the school’s behalf.

This enhancement supplements the existing on‑screen banner and ensures administrators can make informed decisions before proceeding. For more information on the number of SAIG mailboxes allowed per institution, please visit FSA Service Information.

Search for Existing Users on E-App

To improve the Eligibility and Oversight Administrator role assignment, partners will now be able to search and select existing contacts in the AAMC, excluding those in “access removed” or “disabled” statuses. All officials, including Application Administrators, will be included in the search.

New Search Bar on Services and Accesses Table

Organizations can use the new search bar on the “Services and Accesses” table to search by organization code or organization name to better navigate services tied to each SAIG mailbox. This enhancement reduces the need for paging through long lists and improves efficiency for organizations with hundreds of associations.

eZ Audit Access Management

Primary and Secondary Administrators now have the ability to manage eZ-Audit access, which was previously managed by Eligibility and Oversight Administrators. Administrators will access the following workflows exclusively within the AAMC: add new user, modify access, and servicer management.

Automatic Transfer of School User Accesses Following Change of Affiliation or Merger

When a postsecondary institution undergoes a change of affiliation or merger, FSA Partner Connect will now automatically ensure school users retain access at the new OPEID. FSA Partner Connect will remove access to the defunct organization after 120 days. This enhancement reduces log-in issues and prevents access disruptions that have previously led to case escalations.

As we continue to improve FSA Partner Connect, we will keep you informed about future enhancements. Please monitor the Knowledge Center for upcoming communications.
