On June 28, 2026, we will implement additional Common Origination and Disbursement (COD) System functionality that supports the processing of Federal Pell Grant, Teacher Education Assistance for College and Higher Education Grant, and William D. Ford Federal Direct Loan awards and supports the Campus-Based Aid programs for the 2026–27 award year.
We will suspend COD batch processing from midnight until 11 a.m. Eastern time (ET) on Sunday, June 28, 2026, to implement the COD System functionality. During the outage, we will hold any records that schools submit and process them when the outage is over.
In addition, during the outage, users will not be able to
-
submit or retrieve data via the COD website, and
-
access the “COD Reports” area of the COD website.
The attachment titled, “COD System Changes for 2026–27 (June 2026),” highlights the system changes we will implement on June 28, 2026.
We appreciate your patience and understanding as we complete this important activity.
