We are pleased to announce the new features described in our May 8, 2025, and July 2, 2025, Electronic Announcements are now available on FSA Partner Connect. With this implementation, FSA Partner Connect is now the primary enrollment and user management service for Federal Student Aid (FSA) and organizations can submit new or updated Student Aid Internet Gateway (SAIG) enrollment and access requests through FSA Partner Connect’s Account Access Management Center (AAMC).
Please refer to our previous communications for further details about the enhancements included in this system release.
Note: We are aware some users are experiencing issues logging in to FSA Partner Connect and the FAFSA Partner Portal. We are working quickly to resolve the issues. We will provide updates on the Knowledge Center website as needed. Thank you for your patience.

Training Opportunities – In the June 12, 2025, Training Announcement, we provided details about training available for partners. Resources such as job aids and webinar recordings are now available on the FSA Training Center (see System Training/FSA Partner Connect Training/Partner).
FSA Partner Connect FAQs – The FAQ page on the FSA Partner Connect Help Center has information about this implementation. We will continue to expand this page as additional questions are received.
