The U.S. Department of Education (ED) is gathering feedback from financial aid administrators and state agencies to improve our Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA®) processing systems and services. We are asking institutions and state agencies to complete a brief, optional survey (https://survey.fedw1.medallia.com/?Sz3U1P-fafsafeedback) to help us better understand your FAFSA processing experience, inform our plans for features and services for the financial aid community, and help us keep the community informed.
This survey is focused on how institutional financial aid offices and state agencies receive and use FAFSA data to determine student eligibility for federal student aid, as well as communications efforts related to those processes.
