We would like to alert the community that we recently emailed 2024–25 Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA®) filers (and parents of dependent 2024–25 FAFSA filers) who have not yet submitted a 2025–26 FAFSA form. Between April 14 and 22, 2025, FSA emailed eligible students and parents who have a valid email address in the FAFSA Processing System.
The goal of the campaign is to remind customers to renew their FAFSA form for the upcoming 2025–26 school year and to highlight that the form should be completed as soon as possible for those attending school between July 1, 2025, and June 30, 2026. Students and parents can complete and submit the 2025–26 FAFSA form electronically via fafsa.gov.
Students and parents may receive different messages based on certain factors. The specific email text is included in the attachment to this notice for your reference.
We encourage you to use language from the attached messages in your own communications.
