Update on June 10, 2024: On Friday, June 7, 2024, we resolved the issue described below with the Loan Summary page display on NSLDS Professional Access. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we addressed the issue.
We have identified an issue on the Loan Summary page of the NSLDS Professional Access website that results in the display of incorrect loan details. Our initial research indicates that loan information for the borrower the user previously retrieved may be displayed, rather than for the current borrower.
We are actively working to resolve this issue as soon as possible. In the meantime, we recommend you refresh the page or clear your computer’s cache after successfully retrieving a borrower.
