As of Dec. 17, 2023, we expanded the features of FSA Partner Connect, the digital front door for all Federal Student Aid and partner engagement. In an Oct. 20, 2023 Electronic Announcement, we provided a summary of the planned features of the new Application for Approval to Participate in the Federal Student Financial Assistance Programs (E-App).

In the coming days, we will provide more information about changes users now see within FSA Partner Connect, including changes to the structure and functionality of the E-App and the Third-Party Servicer Inquiry Form. We will also provide reminders about some key actions that must be taken in FSA Partner Connect as well as resources available as users begin to use the new interface.

To facilitate easy access to the forthcoming and ongoing information by schools and third-party servicers, we have created an E-App and Third-Party Servicer Inquiry Form Updates area on the Knowledge Center. Please bookmark this page for regular status updates related to the new E-App and Third-Party Servicer Inquiry Form.

Who to Contact

If schools and third-party servicers have questions, experience any issues with functionality, or discover problems with FSA Partner Connect following this implementation, we want to be made aware promptly so we can help them maintain their Title IV participation and identify as quickly as possible whether we need to implement a fix for the problem system wide. Schools and third-party servicers should send questions through the Contact Customer Support Form in the FSA Partner Connect Help Center with “Partner Connect Feedback” as the topic, or contact the FSA Partner and School Relations Center at 1-800-848-0978, Monday–Friday 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Eastern time.
