On March 4, 2024, the event platform for the 2023 Virtual FSA Training Conference will no longer be available. After March 4, you will not have the ability to print certificates of attendance.
After March 4, all video recordings of the conference sessions and PowerPoint presentations will be available under “Past Conferences” in the FSA Training Conference area of FSA Partner Connect. The sessions can be accessed without the log-in credentials required on the conference platform.
Thank you to our partners in the financial aid community for participating in the 2023 Virtual Federal Student Aid Training Conference! With a record number of over 22,400 registered participants, your engagement during the four-day training conference helped ensure another successful virtual gathering.
If you were unable to attend a session or would like to review a session, the opportunity to continue learning is available with on-demand access to the conference programming. Visit the 2023 Virtual FSA Training Conference Event Platform (https://2023fsatc.us.chime.live) and navigate to the “On-Demand” page from the main menu. All sessions will be available for on-demand viewing until March 4, 2024.
To make the most of your on-demand viewing, we highlight the following:

As a reminder, Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge are the recommended browsers for the platform.

For sessions that included a live Q&A, a transcript of the Q&A will be available with the on-demand video.

A certificate of completion is available after you view a live or on-demand session and complete the session evaluation. The certificate is cumulative, meaning each time you view a session and complete the evaluation, the certificate will list all sessions that you have viewed to that point. Since all sessions are listed on one certificate, you do not need to print the certificate each time you complete a session evaluation. You can wait until after you have viewed all sessions and print (or save to a PDF) your certificate then. For more information, see the Certificate FAQs. Certificates are only available for sessions viewed on the platform (available until March 4, 2024).

Finally, if you did not register for the conference but would like to access the on-demand presentations, you will need to register first. After completing the simple registration process, you will receive an email from mobilesolutions@chime.live. This email contains the information you need to access the on-demand sessions on the conference platform.
