Federal Student Aid Resources for Financial Aid Administrators, School Counselors, College Access Professionals, and Mentors

Financial aid administrators, school counselors, college access professionals, and mentors are critical partners in the federal student aid process and, as such, key customers to whom we provide up-to-date digital and social media content to use and share with students and parents. We encourage partners to avail themselves of the following turn-key resources:

Toolkits

  • FinancialAidToolkit.ed.gov provides financial aid information along with tools and resources for school counselors, college access professionals, and mentors.

  • Better FAFSA Better Future Toolkit is a digital toolkit to help you as you support students and families with the 2024-25 FAFSA process. It includes videos, presentations, sample email content, and webinars.

  • Resources to Support Return to Repayment is a digital toolkit with resources you can use to help students and borrowers return to repayment status. It includes videos, webinars, and articles.

Important: The Financial Aid Toolkit website is not intended for students, parents, or borrowers. Please refer them to StudentAid.gov.

Social Media

  • FSA Social Media Content is robust and at your fingertips. Follow us on social media and easily repost/retweet any of our content.

Webinar Recordings

  • FSA Outreach YouTube is the channel on which we share recordings of our webinars. These are a great resource for you and the students you serve.

Monthly Emails

  • FSA Partner Emails are sent to our partners on a monthly basis.  In these emails, we highlight new tools and resources such as videos, upcoming webinars, and content on StudentAid.gov. Sign up to stay informed.

We look forward to our continuing partnership with financial aid administrators, school counselors, college access professionals, and mentors.
