We resolved the issue described below that intermittently prevented users from accessing many FSA websites and systems earlier this week and have closely monitored for recurrence. Users should no longer experience this issue.
We appreciate customers’ patience and understanding as we addressed the issue. If you experience access issues going forward, contact the appropriate system help desk.
We are aware of an issue that is intermittently preventing users from accessing many FSA websites and systems. We are actively working to restore access as soon as possible. We regret this inconvenience to our customers and will publish updates in this location.
