We resolved the issue described below that intermittently affected NSLDS website rendering for users. Users should no longer experience this issue.
We appreciate customers’ patience and understanding as we addressed this issue. If you experience NSLDS rendering issues going forward, contact the NSLDS Call Center at 1-800-999-8219 or nslds@ed.gov.
We are aware that there have been intermittent periods this week when the NSLDS Professional Access (FAP) website has not rendered for users. We are actively working to resolve the issue as soon as possible. As an interim mitigation, users should try switching to a different browser and/or clearing their browser cache and then attempt to reach the website again. If that mitigation is unsuccessful, contact NSLDS Customer Service at 1-800-999-8219 or nslds@ed.gov to register your experience.
